With the long-awaited Volca Keys, KORG has added a new chapter to the analog synthesizer story. This 27-key analog lead synthesizer is capable of producing incredibly powerful sounds. First, let's talk about the circuitry used in the legendary mini KORG700S (1974) in the filter section, and the astonishing sounds it produces give us a sense of KORG's more than half a century of circuit design expertise.
With its delay effect and the simple structure of the sequencer, it is also the ideal choice for the first (starting) analog synthesizer. Thanks to its rich and expressive sounds, the recommended analog approach allows you to produce deep sounds in a pleasant way. The possibilities are endless: you can play chords using the three oscillators, or use these chords in unison and detune them at the same time to produce the main line of the piece, or use the ring mode to obtain unusual metallic tones.
