REVERSE, PITCH RESET AND EXTENDABLE NEEDLE ILLUMINATION
Additional features like reverse and pitch reset allow all DJs to control their turntables directly. At the push of a button, the aluminum target light can be extended so the needle position can be seen in dark environments.
3 SPEED PRECISE MOTOR CONTROL
The precision-engineered cast platter is accelerated by a powerful 1.8 kg/cm2 high-torque direct-drive motor. 3-speed (33 1/3, 45 & 78 rpm) precision motor control allows the RP-4000 MK2 to play any recording. The step section, with selectable ranges of +/-8% and +/-16% respectively, is suitable for the finest pitch adjustments.
STATIC BALANCED S-SHAPED TONE ARM
The RP-4000 MK2 features a statically balanced S-shaped tone arm with hydraulic lift and anti-slip mechanism. A wide range of pickup systems can be connected with the universal joint for pickup systems (SME).
PICK-UP AND HEADSHELL
The RP-4000 MK2 comes with a high-quality OM Black turntable, hand-crafted by Ortofon in Denmark, and pre-installed in a headstock ready for instant playback.
NEWLY DEVELOPED TOP PANEL AND ROUGH HOUSING DESIGN
The new jet black metallic top panel construction is equipped with metallic buttons for start/stop, platter speed, pitch control, reverse and tempo reset. Improved on-hit touch provides clear tactile feedback. Rigid construction with optimized damping properties and shock-absorbing feet improves isolation from unwanted vibrations.
