Compared to belt drive turntables, the RP-2000 transfers motor power directly to the drive hub - generating higher torque, faster power with minimal wow and flutter on the precision-engineered turntable. Adjustable pitch control of +/- 8% is suitable for the finest pitch adjustments.

The RP-2000 MK2 features a statically balanced S-shaped tone arm with hydraulic lift and anti-slip mechanism. The universal SME connection allows connection of a wide range of pickup cartridges.

NEWLY DEVELOPED HAPTIC TOUCH AND RUGGED HOUSING DESIGN
The new deep black metallic top panel is equipped with metallic buttons for start/stop and speed settings. Improved on-hit tap provides clear tactile feedback. The aluminum target light can be extended at the push of a button, allowing needle position to be seen in dark environments. The robust construction with optimized damping properties and shock-absorbing feet improves isolation from unwanted vibrations.
