Remo Pinstripe® Coated is a series that produces tones with dominant low frequencies in the middle frequencies and has improved durability. In the Pinstripe® Coated series, which is coated with a double-layered 7 mil (1 mil = 1 inch/1000) thick film, a special material is added between the two layers in order to regulate the amount of harmonics. Thus, while the control of harmonics is much easier, improved attack characteristics and durability are obtained.
