The microKORG XL+ features more vintage sounds, including Korg SGproX piano, M1 and VOX organ sounds, and well-known tape instruments. The new program type selection method makes it easy to select a sound that matches your current music genre. It features MMT, a simplified version of Korg's analog modeling technology. It features a microphone and a vocoder. It also features a powerful effects system that uses Korg's famous Kaoss effects system.
It has a black panel design with both modern and nostalgic influences, a natural-touch Korg mini keyboard, and battery operation.
