The new KR-11 is a compact yet feature-packed rhythm machine that offers a portable solution to add variety and fun to your musical practice. The KR-11 compact rhythm box brings the rhythm box legacy pioneered by the legendary Korg Doncamatic in 1963 into the modern age.

Easy to use beat playback and customization anytime, anywhere

Simply choose your favorite type to get started! Each type includes 14 variations for a total of 126 different patterns and 14 special slots where users can easily save their own unique patterns, taking your practice to a new level of enjoyment.

The KR-11 is battery operated, lightweight and compact. The built-in speaker allows for easy instant playback of a variety of rhythmic phrases. In addition to basic patterns such as 8-beat and 16-beat, the KR-11 also features special types such as ''Blues/R&B'' and ''Country'' designed for guitarists, and ''Island'' for the ukulele. The KR-11 features three-beat patterns as well as more complex five- and seven-beat patterns. The swing feature expands the range of variation, adding versatility to each pattern.

The KR-11 also features a metronome function for basic practice, making it an indispensable tool for a wide range of musicians, including guitarists, bassists, keyboardists and orchestra players.

Expand your practice and performance options

The optional footswitch makes it easy to start/stop, change patterns, and attack in pattern play mode, and lets you effortlessly control the KR-11 hands-free.

In Pad Play mode, the switch pedal lets you play any drum tone for a more authentic drum-like performance (bass drum and hi-hat come preloaded from the factory).

The KR-11 also includes a headphone/line-out connection, giving you the option to connect it to a PA, mixer, amplifier, or other device, allowing you to play drum phrases through monitor speakers. Doing small guitar performances is a breeze when you power your KR-11 with a guitar amp.

Playing finger drums with pad playing mode

The unit's 16 pads are assigned to drum sounds such as bass drum, snare drum, hi-hat and cymbals. These pads can be used for a great finger drumming experience! The built-in velocity feature responds to the force of pad hits, allowing for more realistic drum patterns.

You can also save your pad performances to the user bank so you can play your favorite patterns whenever you want.
